| Introduction | We built a Savoy and closed in January 2013!! We built with 4 bedrooms, with a morning room, 2feet ext in great room, master bedroom suite and master bath upgrade, 2 foot ext of the 2 car garage and some upgrades inside also..Please enjoy our post build journey. Above is a picture of our Savoy Elevation E that was have chosen...! Currently we have added an exposed aggregate patio, roof over patio an outdoor stone fireplace and sitting walls and an attached shed to the house. We have also finished the basement ourselves with a full bath, laundry room, bar area, living area and large pantry closet. |
