| Introduction | Im a 35 year old mother, wife and friend. I work 40 hours a week at a job and then another full time job at home :) I did the Atkins diet and was successfull at losing 100 lbs. I still needed to lose about 50 more and it just stopped working (or i gave up) So here i am. Feel free to ask any questions |
