Introduction	As a member of Slow Food of Northern NJ and also a member of Genesis Farm, a CSA in Blairstown, NJ, Ms. Schustak has been developing a love for biodynamic gardening, an organic method of raising crops without harmful chemicals and pesticides. When not teaching, weeding, watering, or playing in the dirt, Ms. Schustak enjoys painting, creating art, bicycling, sewing, tennis and helping to plan the upcoming weddings of two of her three children.
