Introduction	Farm a sheep and beef property in the high country of the South Island. Our house is at 500 metres, so we get very cold winters, but fantastic summers. Just my husband and I run the farm most of the time, but we do have casual labour to help at times, often one of our 3 daughters turns up. But we also employ outside people sometimes, one of whom is a fantastic feather artist as well as a Barrel Racing Mum on the NZ Rodeo circuit. Life is always interesting in a rural community, you never know who you will meet and what interesting things they do.
