| Introduction | I live in Chicago with my husband, daughter and two dogs. I started this blog as a note to self… a place I can put my thoughts to blog-paper, so maybe I’ll have less swimming in the old noggin. In 2011 I had a life-changing experience with my health and well being that all started with social media and a couple of posts and blogs... It lead me on a journey to really learn more about what I put into my body and how it affects me. I was shocked to realize what a blessing and a curse food can be. My idea is to have a resource of recipes I like, things going on, artwork I've done, and if someone finds it interesting or learns something from stopping by, great! |
