| Introduction | I see myself as pretty outgoing, crazy, spontaneous, and fun… but still love to relax and just chill with friends. I am a little ripped-jean and 80s obsessed but am working to control my addiction (so far I have continued to refrain from purchasing the DVD box set of Fraggle Rock)! I am easy to spot in a crowd I am the only person wearing jeans and flip flops all year round, even in the Seattle rain. I am also the Co-President of the Bi-Coastal Tappa Kegga. We are currently planning a Strip-To-Fit Marathon for charity and a Funnel Cake Bake Sale. My prized possessions include my Strawberry Shortcake baby blanket, the Tappa Kegga Handbook, and my autographed copy of Bret Easton Ellis Lunar Park. My two best friends live out of state so I can not wait until we can all meet up over the holidays for our annual tradition of drinking margaritas on Christmas. To sum up myself and my outlook on life, let me quote the movie Vanilla Sky: "Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around." I plan to get out there and enjoy ever minute of it! |
| Interests | I love hanging out in the sunshine with my really really ridiculously good looking friends while drinking orange mocha frappachinos. I also enjoy dancing, singing in the shower, shopping, painting, traveling (even if it is just a quick road trip to get away from it all!), basically just gettting out there in the mix of things and having a blast doing it! |
| Favorite movies | I am a sucker for comedies like Zoolander, Ace Ventura Pet Detective, Super Troopers, Wedding Crashers, and Anchorman. My favorite movie of all time would be American Beauty or Requiem For A Dream, but also am a huge fan of Goodfellas and Scar Face. I also have an odd addiction to The Sweetest Thing which I watch on a regular basis... |
| Favorite music | I have the most random cd collection ranging from Blink 182 to Tom Jones, Britney Spears to All American Rejects. Some cds never leave the regular rotation like Zebrahead and Marvelous 3, but i am not too particular on my music choices. i just like whatever gets my ass a shakin... oh and i love karaoke and can be found singing 80's classics like Whitesnake's Here I Go Again or Journey's Don't Stop Believin'! |
| Favorite books | I LOVE anything written by Bret Easton Ellis and Calvin and Hobbes comic books. And since I have decided to allow comic strips to count as substantial reading material, I will also include Jane and BUST Magazine on this list - which were both introduced to me by my NY hipster friend. She also introduced me to Fierce Magazine. That one didnt go over quite as well... |
