| Introduction | I started making cakes in college at Wal-mart bakery not knowing a thing about decorating cakes. I have since taught myself ways of decorating, recipes, etc and am still learning and growing. I work full time as a nursing instructor and part time as an RN, so baking/decorating time is limited but not forgotten! I have 2 adorable kids. Emilee is 7. Gavin is 2 and a wild man!!! I have been married to Jon (Johnny) Parrish for 11+ years. One day I will retire from nursing...many years from now....and open my own bakery (well, that is my dream anyway). Lookout Ace of Cakes...here I come :) |
