I am also an active member of the Salem Rotary Club, the Town of Danvers Finance Committee, St. Richard's Parish Council and the Olde Salem Village Board of Trustees. I am also a Trustee Emeritus at St John's Prep, where I still serve on several active committees, and am a Corporator at Salem Five Bank. In addition to the organizations where I am active, I also write a monthly column for the Community Newspapers in this region.
Interests National and local government activities, volunteer opportunities, golf, walking, reading, sports of all kind, and -family
Favorite Movies Michael Collins, the story of the Easter Sunday Revolution at the Post Office in Dublin, Ireland and the activites leading up to that event
Favorite Music Wide range of music that is downloaded on my I Phone, and is used while i walk or complete other exercise
Favorite Books Way too many to note, but I thought that I would note two of my favorites, Ken Follett wrote two wonderful books about England in the middle ages. The first book was Pillars of the Earth that was followed by World Without End. "Pillars" is about to be made in to a TV multi part series this year. Later this year, Follett will produce the first book in a trilogy called Fall of Giants. This will be the story of five families from around the world during WW l and the Russian Revolution. Subsequent books will track later generations of the families through WW ll and the Cold War. I am also a Dan Brown fan, and have read everything he has written up to his current book set in Washington DC

You're going to the moon! What did you forget to pack?

More than likely not enough books, so maybe a would need to have a Kindle in my pack
