Introduction I originally created this blog to track the changes I noticed and the things I learned when I tried strict paleo for 1 month in 2014. I was able to stick to it because I am motivated by curiosity and short-term challenges. In 2017 I decided it was time to repeat the challenge after 3 years of leaning on bad habits to cope with stress and boredom. This time my hope is that it gets me out of my 6-year-long couch potato rut and back into fitness. I'll continue using the blog to catalog any additional experiments I try or have tried in the past that might be interesting to readers and upon which I may enjoy looking back.
