Introduction	I created this lifestyle blog as a means of accountability to myself to get off the couch and be active (and social, ugh!). Which sounds counterproductive when the blog requires me to sit in front of a computer compiling posts. Basically, I am in love with my DVR and would rather lounge all day on the couch than get up and be social. Although I will admit that after I "workout" or "go out" I usually am glad that I did. So, this is my mission...Get out, be active, and be social! And, don't be shy about letting me know when I start blogging about the new episode of The Vampire Diaries instead of the run I was SUPPOSED to go on that day. Accountability, my friends!
