Introduction	My name is Shasta I am a 29 year old single mommy to a beautiful little girl, Madi, she is 3 going on 13. I have been on a roller coaster of weight loss (dieting) and weight gain (eating LOL) since 2010. In 2010 I topped out at 280 lbs at a whopping 5'1" tall. December 31st 2011 my weigh in was 227. That is when I started my journey...for the last time...TODAY 12/05/12 i weigh in at 163.2 for a total weight loss of 116.8 in 2 years....i have 33.2 lbs to go to reach goal. This is just a little part of my life.
Interests	Dooty Booty, Tattoozies, pool the game, friends, family, hangin with the boyfriend, working out, eating right, challenging and changing my life one day at a time!
