Introduction	Hello! Welcome to my blog. On this blog I will be posting how-to's of different recipies that focus on the Gluten Free, and Diabetic way of living. I am a diabetic and I have recently made the switch to gluten free by choice - and I feel amazing! I will feature different products that I feel work best for certain recipes and where you can get them.
