Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I have so many scarves. They are all beautiful! I never wear one because they are too deliberate and fussy for me. I have to put so much thought into how it will work with the rest of my outfit. Then, I have to tie it correctly. It's hard enough to get out the door with my hair combed, the right earrings.....let alone accessorizing to the nth degree.
