| Introduction | I'm a 27 year old who is quite undecisive. i've been going to school for nearly 10 years now (should've been a doctor) before finally settling on a major in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at MU. I will be graduating (finally!!) in May of 2011. I currently work in a hospital path lab, so I am hoping to stay on board with the hospital after I graduate. I have been looking for a hobby to occupy my non-studying and work time, and baking has kind of fallen into my lap. I have never been a baker, and I most certainly am not a good cook. I too am schocked at what I have made in the last few weeks. If nothing else, this will be a monitor of my progress as a baker, student, and biologist. Enjoy. |
