| Introduction | Dina Soker a contemporary artist, living with her family in Lake Forest,CA, creating for the past ten years from messages she is receiving in her meditation sessions, and through a deep inner connection to herself, and then she brings them up on the canvas. She chooses to pass through her paintings, clear messages about the nature of human existence. Each painting a central image can be seen, sometimes figurative, sometimes abstract, this is a major anchor for understanding the concept painting created in the eyes & experience of the beholder.... Colors and shapes, which she chooses to put on the canvas are not random, but result from the world of consciousness that is revealed in her creative process. Each painting is dedicated to a different message and thus she chooses the means of expression that match the objectives. Human beings are depicted in her paintings Spheres. The round Spheres are perfect shape to her, it is like saying, people are whole and complete and perfect as they are. |
