| Introduction | I am a 53 year old man that really doesn't feel his age yet. I still enjoy life while I can but realize that I'm probably at the latter part of careless living and soon should start a more disciplined life. A holder of an MA my education has been sufficient as I have been an educator myself since 1983 but on an irregular basis having other jobs simultaneously. I have been a political officer, government executive, consultant, development administrator, educator and school administrator in the past. Presently I am special advisor to the President of the government educatonal institution in charged with the education and training of the public safety sector (police, jail and fire personnel). |
