| Introduction | I am Nancy Sparks Morrison and I am a Melungeon descendant. I am enthusiastic about genealogy and that is how I found my Melungeon connection. I also found that I had an inherited illness called Familial Mediterranean Fever. This illness is thought to be rare in the U.S but I think it is simply being misdiagnosed as everything under the sun. Fibromyalgia and rheumatic-type joint pains are two of the major symptoms in this illness along with a whole lot more.
