| Introduction | My name is Dawn and I am an avid cross stitcher. My step-mom introduced me to it 20 years ago when we were searching for a hobby for me. When I picked up my first needle, I knew I had found a passion. My step-mom stitches on aida with DMC, which is where she wants to be with her hobby but I took mine to a whole different level. After the kits at the local craft store wouldn't suffice, I walked into our local needlework shop, A Stitch in Time. I asked for stamped cross stitch and the owner showed me a piece of linen and a simple wedding sampler with only 3 colors in it. She insisted I could work on linen and I loved it! A Stitchaholic was born! |
