| Introduction | At 60 years old "I just showed up for my own life" as the song says. It began when I started to look at the real me in a group called Celebrate Recovery (a 12 step program for all kinds of hurting people). All I can say now is that I am on the road to recovery and I am not turning back. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO BEGIN AGAIN. |

I'll use plastic ware. But, my tongue turning into a magnet may not be a bad idea. Perhaps some of those cutting remarks will get stuck there instead of rushing out.
