Introduction	I have lost more than 200 pounds since starting on a low calorie more exercise regimen in January 2008 and this is my tale.
Interests	Some of my interests include my Guitar, and playing & singing songs with my 3 year old daughter, I am very into music, and I mean almost all music, my number one hobby atm is this losing weight thing though. Ford Mustangs are another interest of mine I can't imagine how many toy mustangs my wife has bought me in the past few years, and a lot of them match the one out in the driveway.
Favorite movies	Cool hand Luke, need I say more? lol
Favorite music	I will just list a few here for now because if I listed them all I would be here all day. Frank Sinatra, Minor Threat, Rollins Band, Buddy Guy, James Cotton, Queen, Tenacious D, Black Train Jack, VOD, and the list can go forever and you can see its pretty diverse
