| Introduction | I am a 44 year old mother of 4 and a Registered Nurse and Traditional Naturopath. Fulltime stepmom (mom)to two fantastic boys and fulltime mom to two beautiful daughters. 15, 13, 11 and 7 respectively. I have a wonderful caring and devoted husband who I cherish and thank God for each day. My family and I developed Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and severe allergies after living in a house that had toxic mold. We got really, really sick in early 2003 and discovered the mold late that year and into 2004. Living in a house that had toxic mold took its toll on all our bodies and although we have had treatment and are in on-going treatments we will never be the same as we were before. We still suffer with it in various degrees. The damage according to doctors can not be fixed and that goes for all six of us. We are each others support and have come a long way on this journey. That was my whole reason for studying Natural Health,Nutrition, Yoga, and a whole array of Natural Health Studies. Thanks for taking the time to read my blog. |

| Favorite books | Natural Health Books, specifically dealing with MCS, Nutrition, exercise, natural stress relief, allergy, immunology, preventative medicine,disease processes neurosciences. Theology and the old and new testament Political Science, economics, constitutional law, criminal law, socialogy, education, earth science, astronomy, photography, history (including ancient), geography, and sociology. Fiction - historical romances when I am on vacation. |
