| Introduction | I am LDS. I am a mother. I am a sister. I am a daughter. I am no longer a wife. I can not nor could I ever say "I married my best friend" or "I am married to the most wonderful man in the world" or anything along those lines. I wish I could, but I can't. I feel envious when I read all that stuff and I wonder if it is really true so much of the time. Are all the bloggers really married to the most wonderful man in the world? I'm not so sure. I do have some amazing kids that help me through the dark times. For that, I am truly thankful. I happen to have an Ex that makes it extremely difficult to co-parent properly. This is the basis of many of my struggles. I'm just a girl trying to pick up the pieces of a life that came crashing down around her. Trying to stay positive, but not always suceeding. Trying to remain faithful and obedient. Trying to mend our broken hearts. Trying to find our "new" normal. Trying to make a better life then the one I first chose. Trying... |
