Introduction	A single mum of a son, JPD, in the east of the UK. After 20yrs in finance, I changed career to one working with kids. Sadly that's left me searching for a teaching assistant post at the worst possible time; just as schools are no longer financially able to employ as many. In the meantime, I work as a lunchtime supervisor and volunteer as a teaching assistant at the local catholic primary school.
