Introduction	After years of half-heartedly dabbling with yoga and meditation, I came late to a full dedication to a yoga practice culminating in becoming a certified yoga instructor 5 year ago. I love to teach - I have learned so much from my students, whose courage and dedication inspires me. As I begin a somewhat delayed journey to make changes in my life, I am seeing more and more how yoga has prepared me physically, emotionally, and spiritually to embrace the future, whatever it may hold. Sharing what I've learned and learning from others - that's my goal.
