Introduction	When I was a kid, I remember hearing people talk about their lives. It always seemed so interesting. I worried that I would have nothing interesting to put into the metaphoric book of my life. Upon reaching adolescence, I started thinking of the things I had done. It occurred to me that I too had a pretty interesting story. While I'm frequently nervous to try new things, I do like the idea of having a new story to tell. Most of the events that lead to my stories will happen only once in a lifetime, so it's important to take those opportunities and then throw myself into it with the fervor of a televangelist. Of course fervor that strong typically leads to some pretty funny experiences.
