Introduction	We are retired and live at our lakeside cottage. I enjoy crafting, surfing (dry kind) and travel of any kind. We have 2 wonderful daughters and 4 fabulous grandchildren who make us so proud. We love our life here at the lake and enjoy all the splendor of nature. For a long time I have not been happy with the make up of the foods we eat due to pesticides, chemicals, additives and on and on that is put into our foods. I have come to a time in life where I want to be in control of my health.
