| Introduction | Hi. My name is Vicki and I am a dietitian. I work full time and the last thing I want to do is cook a meal when I get home from a long day at work. I actually love to cook so I thought if I created a blog about cooking it would help me cook a meal for my husband every night instead of eating out. This is also my way of keeping our money in our pocket. I love to grocery shop at Krogers and Costco. I'm also a little bit of a farmers wife. My husband plants a large garden and I freeze and can the produce we grow. |
