Introduction | I am still trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up. I am educated to the point of uselessness and have always had a need to express myself artistically. I have been a waitress, factory worker, nurse's aide, registered nurse, head nurse in a community mental health center, educator in preschool and junior high, dabbled in freelance writing, and now I am a farmer. I have always loved to write, cook, do music, take photographs and sew. I am an award winning quilter and I love to draw portraits. I guess this list is evidence that I can do just about anything, but nothing so well that it brings me much fame and fortune. I have to admit that the job I love and loved the most was being a wife, mom and now a grandmother. But, don't go away.........I"m not done yet! |
Favorite Books | I love books about great adventurers...Capt. Cook, Sir Ernest Shackleton. Mostly Non Fiction books about Tectonic Forces, Wildlife, Art, History....and on and on |
If you could peer far enough into the night sky, you'd see a star in any direction you looked. When would you sleep?
when it was my bedtime...........I see the stars every night...........live in the country and you have a front row seat to the celestial show!
