| Introduction | Our hope with this blog is that we will give some practical help to other Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) sufferers by sharing what we have learned and used on our own 9 year journey to recovery. We have both suffered CFS following glandular fever. Craig's CFS has been severe causing him to stop work twice for long periods, at times bed ridden, followed by a slow return to first part time work and eventually full-time work. Lauren's CFS has been mild but ongoing, affecting work and causing a major slow down in life. We both feel we are now (mostly)free of CFS symptoms, this is the first time in 9 years for Craig. Praise God. So we wanted to share what we know to help others. |
