Introduction	Welcome! I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist with a Certification in Oncology Nutrition (RD, LDN, CSO) living on the bay in Fairhope, Alabama and working in my hometown over the bridge in Mobile. I earned my B.S. in dietetics and nutrition at The University of Alabama. My primary goal is to help make any nutrition program sustainable and enjoyable. I achieve this by individualizing each plan while providing education and ongoing support through behavior modification.
