Introduction	Ottawa-born Italian raised baker living in Toronto, Canada AKA Martha Stewart Jr. Starting with a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a second B.Sc. in Biochemistry, I then went to working as a formulation chemist. From there I fell into the food industry. With a passion for baking, but no artistic talents, I decided to take some cake decorating courses through Wilton and at McCall's School of Cake Decorating. I shortly received my Master Cake Decorating diploma and ended up making my own wedding cake! I'm now a mother of 2 and make sweets for my family and friends for all occasions! I recently started experimenting with different recipes and came up with tasty vegan, allergen-free and organic cakes. I hope you enjoy my recipes and tips!
