| Introduction | My significant other and I moved to rural East Texas ten years ago and bought a 25 acre property and we are loving it.... I love to garden and then cook what I grow. My speciality is hot peppers of all sorts. Chili peppers are my favorite to grow but I love all of them and try to use fresh grown as much as possible from our garden. I am looking forward to retirement so I can do this all the time. My significant other who I will always refer to as AH built me a new house this year (2010) so we have been very busy decorating it in Western decor. |
| Interests | Gardening, cooking, law, decorating, shopping flea markets and estate sales for antiques and other neat stuff to resale or keep (no longer keeping the stuff). I love to buy old pieces of jewelry, take apart and make new pieces. And now my new latest interest - my new blog. I have to mention law because I love it. I would have loved to have been a criminal lawyer. I love, love, love true crime books. I have a paralegal degree but currently don't get to work in my dream field ! |
