Introduction	My work is defined by fabric; the act of constructing. For me, it is more about the process of constructing the work, than necessarily the finished piece. Utilizing a piece of cloth is my way of painting a subject, playfully using patterns and color relationships to represent a person. Layers of textiles represent a person in my life through a combination of photographic references and art quilting. I am a textile artist from Sarasota, FL, recently graduated from Flagler College, Fine Arts.
