| Introduction | Find me on Pinterest under Mark-Valerie Carter. We have set out on the adventure of being gluten free, dye free, fake sugar free, and a need to make it as fun as possible! This Blog was created to encourage parents of Dyslexic, ADD, ADHD and Celiac disease kids every where. Whether you homeschool, private or public, it doesn't matter. As a dyslexic myself I am on an adventure with my kids, we laugh, love, sometimes cry and learn together. I believe that grain allergies such as wheat, rye, barley, corn, soy, GMO foods, food coloring and some nut allergies are linked to learning and behavior issues.
