| Introduction | After studying Art, Design, and Engineering at various Universities, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies from San Jose State University. I put my degree to use in the non-profit human services field for well over 15 years. It was while working in local public policy to promote women's issues that I became aware of the alarming link between personal care/cosmetic products and cancer. This served as a catalyst to take my lifelong interest in gardening, herbs, and botanical healing to create skincare products that are safe, enjoyable, and effective. I've been creating natural handmade soap and skincare since 2001 using only natural ingredients derived from nature and gentle on the earth. |
