| Introduction | Gwen Hyde owns Windy Willow Farm with her husband, Mark, in the east side of Perth, NY. She raises over 70 varieties of chemical-free vegetables and fruits for sale to her CSA and farmers’ market customers, as well as pastured pork, lamb and brown eggs from her flock of laying hens. She has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in International Environmental Studies, a minor in Italian, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. She worked in the industrial hygiene/health and safety field for 11 years for companies such as Johnson & Johnson and General Electric. She has 2 children, 1 dog, 4 cats, chickens, and one horse. |
