Introduction	Running has been a central and centering aspect of my life for over 10 years. I have been involved in some form of a running community since fifth grade. I enjoyed coaching middle school cross country this past fall--Go Tigers! I believe that running has the potential to unite people through a shared interest, to transcend educational, age, gender and cultural barriers.
