| Favorite movies | My viewing habits are increasingly broad but specifically I prefer anything which makes me think or particularly excels in some way. Whether it be the neosurrealistic cinematography of Eternal Sunshine or just the fun idea of The Man From Earth. |
| Favorite music | For me; instinct says my personal sweet spot is somewhere between technical and progressive metal. Only in that ballpark are my tolerances lowered. Outside of that, like any decent minded person, I'll enjoy anything that's worth appreciating. I also have a preference for rhythm over melody and a personal distaste for most things punk, ska, folk and club. That's not to say those genres aren't without their merits (perhaps club is an exception though), they're just not my bag. |
| Favorite books | When it comes to literature I tend to wear Lovecraft tinted specs. I'm yet to find a writer that enthralls me more and I find his spiritual successors to be forever lacking. In general terms though the genre of horror in many of it's forms holds a special passion for me. Also Stephen King can go rim himself. I do appreciate some of his work and there's far worse examples of horror out there but he can still go suck a fat one. |
