| Introduction | I am not a fitness guru who knows all things. I am not an athlete who has been toned and marathon running forever. I am a mom to 7 kids and for years and years THAT has been my priority AND my identity. Today though, I can honestly say that I AM a lover of feeling good and being positive. I am passionate about eating healthy food and the difference it can make in all aspects of your body. I am strong and capable and can do hard things and I want everyone else to recognize those traits in themselves too! You are amazing and unique and can do anything you choose! Choose YOU!
