| Introduction | First and Foremost let to take this time to thank you for visiting my blog ALL THINGS T. My name is Savannah Hornback I am a 27 year old women of trans-experience. I created this blog for two reason a.) to educate the non trans communities as well as b.) to serve as a support to the trans and gender non conforming communities. Currently I am residing in Bronx New York although I am from the south, as far as professionally I got involved in the trans movement after the murder of my dear friend Erika Keels, the Murder of my friend turned an important page in my life up till this time I was caught in the grips of addiction and deep into the sex trade after her murder I realized that it was time to get involved in the movement and Founded the Erika Keels Campaign...the purpose of this campaign was to fight for Justice for my friend....after leaving Philadelphia three years ago I decided to continue my fight and currently I work as a LGBT Program Coordinator and am an advisor for the New York State Department of Health on trans-gender community prevention needs. My journey of transition is one of pain and struggle but also one of overwhelming reward and this I want to share with you. |
