| Introduction | Edited As of May 1, 2016: If you look around my site, you will see that I have successfully beat four cancers (Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Acute Leukemia, Breast Cancer and Thyroid Cancer!). I completed my Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with Psychology & Sociology emphasis, and Master of Science in Community Counseling. I worked in Foster Care for a year as Case Manager and Counselor. Now, my new journey is as a daughter-in-law care giving for my in-laws. My FIL suffers from Lewy Body Dementia, which will be my emphasis during the next journey into blogging. Follow me along as I help educate others about the second most common dementia next to Alzheimer's. There are similarities, but oh-so-many differences! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The 3x cancer survivor living 4 LIFE! My favorite color is pink; I eat popcorn off a plate; not all days are fun and exciting, but I enjoy every day I have been given; I would rather spend time with my husband and son than anyone else; and I am rediscovering my love of journaling through blogging! |
