Introduction Greg Cusimano was honored as a “Diplomat” of Trial Advocacy by the National College of Advocacy, completing courses in Advanced Studies in Trial Advocacy with only 10 lawyers in the country at the time. He served as a faculty member of the first Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course at Harvard Law School. Greg specializes in injury and death cases. Recognized across the United States as an expert on jury decision-making and bias, Greg and David Wenner, of AZ created the Jury Bias Model™, which many say revolutionized trial practice. An author, lecturer, practicing attorney and trial consultant, Greg has published, spoken and consulted across the country. He was the fifth recipient of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's (Now American Association of Justice) "Lifetime Achievement Award" and will receive the second of AAJ’s three top honors, The 2011 Champion of Justice Award in N.Y. He is co-editor with Roxanne Conlin, of a six-volume work, Litigating Tort Cases. Greg is contributing editor of Alabama Tort Law, by Mike Roberts. Cusimano is an owner of Cusimano, Keener, Roberts, Knowles & Raley, in Gadsden, AL, and of a nationally known trial consulting firm Winning Works.
