| Introduction | Greetings! I am the happily married, mostly-stay-at-home, kind of silly mom of two boys. I work as a communications consultant and also contribute articles to online and print publications. When I began my blog (fall ‘08), I sort of envisioned it to be an instant venue for my DIY adventures: funny stories about stripping wallpaper and sweating over applying crackle medium. Somehow along the way I rediscovered my love of creating, opened an online shop, and am currently writing a book which features tinkering projects and the tales behind them. I credit much of my artistic reawakening to the sparkling inspiration, warm support and generous encouragement of my new and cherished friends in the blogging community. Blogging is a wondrous thing!
