Introduction	Lotus is an urban momma trying her best to juggle work and the kids and the hubby and at the same time, trying to retain some sense of sanity by indulging in activities that give her life a sense of fulfilment. Hence, she is jumping back on the baking bandwagon after years of absence, having been busy over the past few years heeding the Government's call to increase the birth rate of Singapore. She loves checking out good food especially of the sweet variety, but won't say no to sumptous savouries as well :) Hence, Lotus also has a love-hate relationship with the gym.
