| Introduction | So, what can I tell you about myself that the title of my blog page doesn't already tell you? I'm engaged and I want to be skinny for the big day. Who doesn't? Let's face it. We're a generation of technologically savvy, moving at the speed of light, larger-than-life dreamers with unfortunately larger-than-life waistbands. Just a quick search online or surf through news channels on TV will tell you what you already instinctually know: we are getting fat and unhappy. Or, conversely, getting way too skinny and unhappy. Let's jumpstart our lives and marriages with a healthy weight management plan that'll keep us happy and (yes) sexy. Or, just sit on your bum and read what I have to say....it's up to you. |
