Introduction I tell quirky stories about the flip side of life designed to gently shake people into a new level of social awareness. I like to bridge the gap between the more traditional oral storytelling tradition and the new, edgier "radical inclusion" culture coming out of events like Burning Man and the festival circuit. The stories spin spontaneously from memory -- but everything is true. Originally trained as a journalist, I've been performing stories for about three years now. Over the years, I've written for magazines and newspapers like San Jose Metro, Sunset, San Francisco, City Living, Whole Life Times, Yogi Times, San Jose Mercury News and Upside. Many of the stories I perform are from my book (in progress) "Escargot for Breakfast."
Interests writing a book, learning contact improvisational dancing, performance art, storytelling, gourmet organic and vegetarian cooking, yoga, radical honesty, making WEdia (media by the people, for the people), leading the world out of lives of quiet desperation by speaking up through the art of story.
