Introduction | Candy Prather and her wonderfully supportive husband, R.A., are native Texans who have raised three children together and are now enjoying an abundance of grandchildren. In her spare time, Candy can be found in her small home studio in Rockwall doing one of her favorite things - painting. A variety of mediums - pencil, pastels, charcoal - were used when Candy first began her journey into the visual arts in 2003. A few years later, she discovered oils and have continued in that direction. Her work is a reflection of her spirit and her positive approach to life, with her passion being portraits of just about anything. Candy continues to develop her skills at a local art center. All artwork is for sale and if you're interested, send an email by clicking the "Send Mail" under each post. A portion of the proceeds go to mentoring and training young men and young ladies to become men and ladies of integrity, good character and moral excellence through The Men & Ladies of Honor. "Thank you for visiting and I wish you all the best!" |
