| Introduction | I’ve always loved museums. They connect us with the past, give meaning to the present, and inspire our future. Jewel boxes to the treasures within, each museum is as individual as the architect who designed it, the location and era in which it was built, and the community and individuals who commissioned and funded it. Some hold ‘collections of collections’ while others reveal either a singular focus or one person’s unique vision. We are always better for having visited a museum.
