| Introduction | My name is Monalisa Valikoula. I’m a recent RMA graduate of Fortis College. I have managed to stay on Honor Roll every term. I have 2-3 years of experience in providing excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and exceeding customer’s expectations. I’m bilingual with Tongan as my second language. I’m a hard worker and I love working with others. I am dedicated to see that my job is done well in a timely manner with the customers and the employers. I adapt to new environments easily. I do my job with both the customers and employees with honesty and integrity and I work well under pressure. I have the habit of persevering until my work is complete and to the employer or customer’s satisfaction. I have good research skills and I utilize the PC as a search tool. I can resolve problems easily. |
