| Introduction | I was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. I have a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Murray State University. As far as art goes, the first art class I ever took was in grade school, and I continued to take art classes throughout high school. Although I was never serious about art growing up, I have found that in my 30’s, I thoroughly enjoy it. I started watercolor painting in April of 2009, and just recently started painting with acrylics. I have a lot to learn but am looking forward to the journey! My first paintings can be viewed on this blog (May 2009 entries). I am still in the process of developing my technique and style.
When I am not creating art, I am working on video production, volunteering for NAMI, reading in a coffeeshop, or spending time with my significant other. |
